Terms of Service

By registering for an event or using karyakram.org you agree to these terms. The platform is operated by Narikot Digital Pvt. Ltd.; each event is the responsibility of its organizer.

Attendees

• Provide accurate information — your QR pass and communications depend on it.
• Your QR pass is personal. Each pass admits one person, once per check-in point.
• Paid registrations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy shown before payment.
• The organizer decides admission, approval, schedule, and event content.

Organizers

• You are the owner of your attendees' data and must use it only for your event.
• You must honor the price, refund terms, and event details you publish.
• Prohibited: unlawful events, misleading pricing, spam, or collecting data unrelated to the event.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to bypass security, scrape personal data, forge passes, or disrupt check-in.
• No uploading unlawful or infringing content (images, documents, event descriptions).

Platform role & liability

We provide the software: registration, ticketing, payments facilitation, and check-in tools. We are not the seller of event tickets and are not liable for an event's cancellation, changes, or conduct — those remain with the organizer. The service is provided "as is"; our aggregate liability is limited to the platform fees paid to us for the event concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version number above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
