Frequently asked questions
Do attendees need an account or app?
No. They register on your event page and get a QR pass by email. They can view it anytime under My Tickets using just their email and a one-time code.
Can I charge for tickets?
Yes. Turn on a price (or multiple ticket tiers) and accept payment online by international card, PayPal, or Khalti — or by QR / bank transfer with receipt upload. Online payments are auto-confirmed after server-side verification.
How does check-in work?
Open the Check-in tab on any phone at the door. Scan the attendee's QR with the camera, or search their name. It's idempotent — a second scan just shows they're already in.
Can I run a multi-day event?
Yes. Create checkpoints (Day 1, Day 2, Lunch…) and each attendee is scanned once per checkpoint, so nobody gets double entry or double food.
Who receives the registration data?
Only you, the organizer. The platform collects payments and information on your behalf and never sells attendee data.
How do I get an organizer account?
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll set you up. Existing organizers sign in from the top-right.
