Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments are final

Unless the organizer states otherwise on the event page, payments are non-refundable once completed — whether paid online via Khalti or manually by QR / bank transfer. This is shown on the registration form before you pay.

If the event is cancelled by the organizer

Refunds for a cancelled or materially changed event are the organizer's responsibility. Contact the organizer first; we will assist with payment records (transaction references, receipts) so the refund can be processed.

Cancelling your registration

You can cancel from My Tickets (/my) where the organizer allows it. Cancelling releases your seat but does not by itself create a refund for a paid ticket.

Wrong or duplicate payment

If you were charged twice or paid the wrong amount, contact us within 7 days with the transaction reference — WhatsApp +977 9705510914. Verified duplicate charges are refunded.
